Special Education Committee
The Special Education Committee is a group of committed parents and special educators whose goal is to share information about district special education programs, upcoming initiatives, and community needs in order to support the students and families with disabilities in Shelton. This committee believes in collaboration between parents and district administration as a means to advancing student performance and community awareness. Committee representatives play an integral role of supporting parents of students with disabilities in their local schools, as well as for parents of students without disabilities. The committee holds open meetings, and welcomes your attendance at any time! If you would like to know more about what the committee does or who your school representative is, please ask your child's case manager or Principal.
